Absolutely LOVE this local franchise of Made In The Shade. We were looking for a specific shade for a baby nursery. The owner came and provided numerous suggestions and ideas that we had never even knew existed. She personally measured and as soon the the product arrived she called and scheduled install. I mostly knew what I wanted, but didn’t really know where to start. When Andy showed up, he was attentive and listened to what I wanted, then showed me a few options and told me he would have them up by the end of the week. The next day he showed up, installed and was done so fast. He even went and wiped all the window sills and asked if he could dispose of my old blinds for me. Amazing customer service and quality materials. We have had them now for over two years now. Still in brand new condition. Snug, sturdy, and beautiful.
